1. Family Day @ Gardiner Museum - Sun, Sep 24th - 11 am - 3 pm

Free for kids and included with admission for adults


Families can connect over clay with weekly activities inspired by the museum's collection and special exhibitions, led by a passionate team of educators and volunteers. Bring the whole family and express your creativity with clay! It's recommended to bring a recycled container or bag in which to transport your work home.

2. Family Feud Canada taping @ CBC studio - Sun, Sep 24th - 11 am - 3 pm

Must be 13 or older - free


Be part of the studio audience and experience the laughs and drama of a Family Feud Canada taping in downtown Toronto! The hit game show returns for a fifth year to welcome even more Canadian families to the stage with host Gerry Dee. Family Feud Canada invites a diverse range of families to go head-to-head to answer the most popular answer to fun survey questions with a uniquely Canadian twist, for a chance to take home up to $30,000 per family. We're looking for studio audience members to help cheer them on!

3. Scratch Coding for Kids @McGregor Park Library - Sat, Sep 23rd - 10 - 11:30 am

Children 9-12 years old - free (registration required)


In this class, kids will learn the basic concepts of coding by using Scratch's block based coding system while creating a simple game. This class is intended for kids 9-12.

4. Author Festival (TIFA) kids @Harborfront Centre - Sat/Sun Sep 23/24

Kids of all ages - free


Canada’s largest and longest-running festival of words and ideas, returns to Harbourfront Centre September 21 to October 1, 2023. This year’s Festival invites children and youth of all ages to TIFA Kids, with a vibrant programme the entire family can enjoy for free! From superheroes to graphic novels, whimsical adventures to spooky stories, in addition to arts & crafts, sing-alongs and baking, there are plenty of fun activities for the young and the young at heart.
