Our location managers are the architects of magical summers. They organize, plan, and transform spaces into vibrant hubs of adventure. All location managers are licensed Ontario Teachers, to ensure that our campers receive the best quality of care. Behind the scenes, these dedicated individuals bring the spirit of our camp to life, ensuring a summer of unforgettable experiences!


Ilana Burshtein is an OCT and International Baccalaureate-certified teacher. She received her Master of Teaching degree from Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Ilana is excited to be joining Toronto Kidz as a Location Manager this summer. She has previously worked for summer camps in Ontario and Newfoundland. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, making art, and hiking.

Katelyn is an enthusiastic Camp Location Manager at the Ossington site! With a background in early childhood education as a Kindergarten teacher, Katelyn brings a wealth of expertise in creating nurturing and engaging environments for children.

As the Ossington Location Manager, Katelyn ensures that not only the counsellors but every camper feels welcomed, safe, and supported throughout their summer adventure. Her passion for fostering growth and learning shines through in her dedication to providing enriching experiences for campers.

Beyond the campgrounds, Katelyn remains a committed educator who deeply values the role of play in shaping children's growth and development. With her innate creativity and exceptional organizational skills, she effortlessly guides our Ossington location, ensuring every child's experience is both enriching and enjoyable.

Emma Hamilton is from Hamilton, Ontario, and attended Wilfrid Laurier University for her undergraduate studies and Nipissing University for her Bachelor of Education. She is currently an Occasional Teacher with the HWDSB and WRDSB and will be teaching in the UK this coming September. Emma played hockey and soccer for about 15 years and enjoys reading, running, photography, watercolor painting, and watching movies and documentaries. She grew up attending camp and was a camp counsellor for most of her teenage years. She has always loved working with children and encouraging them to enjoy learning and having fun in both classroom and camp environments. This will be her first year working with Toronto Kidz in the role of Location Manager, and she is looking forward to creating a great summer for kids and learning new skills.

Emma is excited to join the Toronto Kidz team as Manager of the Roncesvalles Location. A dedicated Middle School Teacher with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), Emma brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to this role. Passionate about creating a positive and engaging camp environment, they ensure that all children can explore, learn, and make lasting memories.

Committed to fostering a safe and vibrant space for all campers, Emma’s background in education and dedication to student growth guarantee that every child at the Roncesvalles location will have a fun-filled and enriching summer experience. Emma is looking forward to meeting all the campers and their families and making this summer unforgettable!

Abigail Giuliani is excited for her first summer with Toronto Kidz as a Location Manager at the Babypoint location. In her role, she will use her background in recreational camps and her degree in education to organize and facilitate engaging activities, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable camp experience for both campers and counsellors. In her free time, you can find her exploring Toronto, reading a good book, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She looks forward to meeting you and your family soon!

Cianan will be the location manager for our Swansea location. After moving from Ireland to Toronto, he wanted to explore new career paths which led him to camp. Working as a teacher in both Ireland and Canada, Cianan loves all things education and fundamentally believes in creating educational experiences rather than teaching a lesson. Cianan loves all things sports and music, engaging in both at the college level. He is very much looking forward to camp and cannot wait to meet everyone face to face!

Evelyn Calhoun is thrilled to join the team as a Location Manager for this summer. This is her first summer working with Toronto Kidz, and she is eager to create unforgettable memories and enriching experiences for all.

During the school year, she is a full-time Core French Teacher at an intercity private school, where she has the pleasure of engaging with students and fostering a love for the French language and culture. In the winter season, she channels her passion for sports and mentorship as a ski coach, guiding young athletes to develop their skills and confidence on the slopes.

Her dedication to teaching children goes beyond academics and sports. She believes in building a strong sense of community, utilizing game-based learning, and harnessing each student's unique passions to create a vibrant and supportive environment.

Evelyn is incredibly excited about the summer ahead and the wonderful memories they will create together at Toronto Kidz Summer Camp. She looks forward to making this summer an adventure filled with fun, learning, and lasting friendships!

Wesley Lentze is an Ontario Certified Teacher. He grew up in the suburbs of Aurora, Ontario where he then lived most of his young adult life and educational life in Toronto, Ontario. In the city, he completed his bachelors of Kinesiology at University of Toronto and then went on to complete his bachelor of Education at Tyndale University in Toronto. He worked with Camp UofT during the summer of 2020-21 and was a great counsellor! Wesley believes in educational/intellectual growth, but also he believes strongly in mental health and physical health development. Wesley Lentze is an advocate for healthy movement, a healthy mind, and great well-being. Therefore, Wesley partakes in basketball, gym, and other activities that promote well-being. Professionally, Wesley has had managerial experience running the vaccine clinic during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, his interpersonal skills are strong and so relationship building amongst students is no problem at all. Wesley Lentze strives to be an amazing camp location manager and create an unforgettable camp experience for the kids involved.
